PAINTING

The objective of this 2 year full time masters course in Painting divided in four semesters is to put the emphasis more on the conceptual understanding of art. Students are encouraged to experiment in different mediums, explore different dimensions of creative arts. With the skills, the students hone during their bachelors programme, they endeavour to understand nuances of art at a deeper level. The aim of the programme is not only to develop professional skills in the student but also shape the personality of the student where in creative freedom will co-exist with practical requirements. The main objective is to enhance the skills of the artist along with personal growth based on research in various styles of painting and related technology.
